If you are ordering from the Channel Islands VAT will not be charged.

No VAT is charged outside the UK.

We know that you need to see how products will work for you, so all physical items are sent out on approval, meaning that if you're not completely satisfied with the product, you can just send it back and get a full refund.

The nature of digital items does not allow for returns and a refund can only be guaranteed if you have not downloaded or accessed the resource.
