We are a leading educational publisher. We are not part of a larger company so we're flexible and can respond to your needs. We provide librarians, teachers and students with practical and unique resources that are great value. We specialise in issues, controversies, up-to-date statistics, English including Shakespeare and EAL, study & exam skills, and citizenship & PSHEE.

We pride ourselves on creating resources that stimulate young minds and help to develop the independent learners and thinkers of the future. As a small team we feel strongly about the importance of a broad educational experience, and the need to nurture young people’s instinct for learning.

We constantly research the real-life issues that young people face and respond to their educational needs, by creating (developing) well-designed, wide-ranging (diverse) and up-to-date resources that save time and really work.

But we don’t do this alone. Via social media, email and our website, whatever discussions you’re having, chances are we’re having them too. We are small enough to respond to what you need yet dedicated enough to ensure the highest quality resources to encourage young people to fulfil their potential.

ORDERING

You can order online or over the phone.

Our secure checkout accepts credit and debit cards from all major providers and your personal details are protected and will never be shared with anyone else.

When ordering online, UK schools, colleges and libraries can choose to be sent an invoice rather than pay online. Just select ‘invoice me’ while checking out.

Shipping

Digital items such as PDF posters and ebooks are free of delivery charges. You will be given a secure download link to your purchases after you complete your order.

For physical items that require shipping;
UK Mainland: Free delivery on orders over £100. For orders of £100 or less, there is a £3.99 charge. VAT is not included in your order total when calculating shipping.
Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man: £8.99
Northern Ireland: £19.99
Channel Islands: £19.99
Europe: £26.95
Rest of the world: Shipping charged at cost. Please email us for a quote.

Non UK mainland shipping charges are based on item weight and size. The above will be the maximum amount you will be charged. If you have any questions regarding shipping please don’t hesitate to contact us.

VAT (sales tax)

VAT is chargeable on all products except books. VAT is refunded to UK state schools and libraries.

If you are ordering form the Channel Islands VAT will not be charged.

No VAT is charged for shipping outside the UK.

Returns and Refunds

All physical items are sent out on approval, meaning that if you’re not completely satisfied with the product, you can just send it back and get a full refund. The nature of digital items does not allow for returns and a refund can only be guaranteed if you have not downloaded or accessed the resource.
