When ordering online, UK schools, colleges and libraries can choose to be sent an invoice rather than pay online. Just select 'invoice me' while checking out.

All prices are shown before VAT, VAT is charged on all products and services on carelpress.uk, except books. VAT is refunded to UK state schools and libraries.

If you are ordering from the Channel Islands VAT will not be charged.

No VAT is charged outside the UK.

We know that you need to see how products will work for you, so all physical items are sent out on approval, meaning that if you're not completely satisfied with the product, you can just send it back and get a full refund.

The nature of digital items does not allow for returns and a refund can only be guaranteed if you have not downloaded or accessed the resource.
