The main focus is on flavour and the book contains some of Eddie’s favourite recipes in full, just as he makes them himself.

Eddie tries to bring in influences from places around the world where he has been lucky to be invited to cook.

Eddie was awarded 'Chef of the Year' for 2023 at the Manchester Food and Drink Awards.

The Walled Gardens was listed as one of the top 100 restaurants in the World and Number 6 in the UK in the We're Smart Green Guild.
